CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION (3-PART SERIES)

Prepare yourself and your support team for the diverse scenarios that may unfold during labor and childbirth. This comprehensive course equips you with knowledge about the stages before, during, and after labor, as well as insights into various medical procedures and coping techniques to manage the challenges of childbirth.
Ideal for expectant parents in their third trimester (28 weeks and beyond), this course is divided into three consecutive sessions. Each session spans four hours, from 9 am to 1 pm, providing in-depth understanding and ample time for discussions and hands-on learning.
Choose between group sessions for a supportive community experience or opt for private classes for personalized attention. Regardless of your choice, this course ensures you are well-prepared, informed, and empowered for the remarkable journey of bringing your baby into the world.

This comprehensive class offers hands-on practice in breastfeeding, diaper changing, bath time routines, postpartum care, partner support, among other crucial aspects of newborn care.
